The European Congress on the Use, Management and Conservation of Historic Buildings has been held once a year since 2012 - an event that brings experts from all over Europe to Vienna.
During the congress, highly topical issues of the maintenance of historical buildings are presented and discussed intensively by the participants. In the meantime, the BHOe Congress has become a popular place for an exchange of views between experts, EU project partners and BHOe employees.
Due to the expected corona restrictions, no congress will take place in 2020. Instead of the congress, there will be three specific specialist events, so-called specialist events, such as
- EHL Network Day, where EHL bearer organisations and EHL@N project partners will meet and discuss their topics
- PRO-Heritage Promotion Day, where the project and its present results are disseminated to interested stakeholders and colleagues
- FLIP2-INCREAS Symposium, which will promote the new project and shall present its planned effects on the evolving sector.
Thus diverse topics are replacing the well-established congress! Thereby the team of Burghauptmannschaft Oesterreich will continue to offer sufficient space for subject-specific exchange, information and co-operation.
